Located in a convenient area with easy access to all the major tourist sites or use the metro. It's a bit of a walk to "downtown" but buses run from across the street. Rooms are clean and well-serviced with good beds and toiletries. Breakfast has a wide selection and is well-cooked and presented.
The hotel lacks basic amenities such as tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

I had an awesome experience at a hotel in St. Petersburg! The staff was very professional and helpful, making my stay truly enjoyable. The continental breakfast was great and I loved the beautiful decor in the lobby. The rooms were also beautiful and the price was good too! I highly recommend this hotel!

Spent Christmas at a fabulous hotel - luxury at its finest! The decor was stunning, the location was perfect for exploring the city, and the staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast was definitely a highlight with a wide selection of delicious food, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Another plus was the gym, which was well-equipped and perfect for working off all the holiday indulgences. And the best part? They even had a Christmas tree and decorations in the lobby!
Our experience was great, but there were a few minor things that could be improved. Although the hotel was in a key location for exploring the city, we had a bit of trouble finding it at first.

The location of the hotel is really convenient (close to stations - train & metro - and could go to the hotel on foot, 10-15min). Room was very comfortable. Bath room is clean and could enjoy relaxing by taking bath every day.
